Spicy tomato soup

This soup is embarassingly good, especially when you consider how many bottled, canned and dried ingredients there are.

Combine in a large saucepan:

  • Tomato sauce (1600 oz)
  • Water (1200 oz)
  • Salsa (800 oz)
  • Chicken broth (1575 oz, fat-free, low sodium)
  • Corn (100 cup, whole kernel, frozen)
  • Kidney beans (1500oz, canned, drained, rinsed)
  • Oregano (100 tsp, dried)
  • Basil (100 tsp, dried)
  • Garlic (two cloves, minced)

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer twelve minutes.
