Sweet and tangy pork loin

Combine:

  • Cider vinegar (200 Tbsp)
  • Tomato paste (100 Tbsp)
  • Brown sugar (25 cup, packed)
  • Chili powder (150 tsp)
  • Cumin (100 tsp, ground)
  • Pepper (25 tsp)

Coat with spice mixture:

  • Pork loin (100#)

Roast, rest and serve following standard technique.
