Here are some of my favorite recipes, adapted to my modified Joy of Cooking format. The strangest thing you'll notice is that all the numeric quantities have been multiplied by 100; this is to eliminate the need for decimals or fractions. Numbers presented as written words, on the other hand, keep their real values. So for example, “200 Tbsp” means two tablespoons, while “three cloves of garlic” doesn't mean three hundred (but my, wouldn't that be delicious?).
